Description
I took this through the window of our 12th floor room at the Eastland Park Hotel, Portland, Maine. Unfortunately the window had those stick on lead strips applied and didn't open more than a couple of inches, so I had to try to frame through a rectangle approx 7"x9" which was quite limiting.

Considering your constraints, I think you got a good shot out of it. I especially like the different areas of lighting, and mistiness, plus the opportunity to nosey round somewhere new of course.
