Acrylics on heavy cartridge
This the only other painting I have available to post at the moment. It's based heavily on an illustration done in pen and colour wash by Phillipe Fix. It appeared in a book I had as a child called The Book of Giant Stories. The book rocks and has some wonderful ilustrations in it  Painted a little later than the other - sometime in 93 - as a gift for my parents. I was skint at the time and couldn't buy them anything so came up with this. Daily DeviationGiven 2008-01-26The amount of meticulous detail cannot be ignored in Witches Room by *grimleyfiendish. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
